Andrew Conlan-Trant is Director of Labour Market Services at Rehab Group, a leading third sector provider of services and supports to socially disadvantaged people in Ireland, the UK and continental Europe. In that capacity he also heads up TBG Learning, Rehab's skills and employment support division operating in the UK and Ireland, and is a Director of Rehab JobFit LLP.

The Rehab Group and Interserve's partnership, Rehab JobFit, has been awarded two regional contracts to deliver the Work Programme in South West England and Wales. JobFit is a dynamic and fresh partnership, combining expertise, enthusiasm and a broad range of skills that will ensure the successful delivery of the Work Programme in these areas.

JobFit provides a tailored package of support, training, qualifications and advice to help individuals get back to work; with activity focussed to that which is most likely to result in a positive outcome of sustainable employment.

Andrew has extensive experience in business management. His early career was spent in the telecommunications sector where he held posts in marketing, communications, product management and operations. Subsequently his career developed into the area of social care and disadvantage where he has worked with and set up organisations providing services to people who are severely socially disadvantaged, including those who are homeless, substance misusers and others.  

Working with a number of specialist support providers and end-to end delivery partners across North Wales, JobFit's focus is on delivering sustainability; by achieving long-term employment outcomes for its customers.
