Steve is the author of the hugely influential international best seller "How to be a complete and utter failure in life, work and everything" which offers tongue-in-cheek advice on strategies for personal development and business success.

Dr. Paul Thomas is on a mission to rid the world of managers.

He believes the workplace would be better off if we ditched the traditional way of managing and instead gave every single member of staff a say in the running of a business.

Rt Hon Carwyn Jones AM First Minister of Wales

Carwyn Jones was born in 1967, he was educated at Brynteg Comprehensive School, Bridgend, University of Wales, Aberystwyth and Inns of Court School of Law, London.

Prior to his election, he was a barrister in chambers in Swansea specialising in Criminal, Family and Personal Injury Law and a professional tutor at Cardiff University Law School. He has been a Bridgend County Borough Councillor and was Chair of the County Borough Council Labour Group. He is also a member of Amnesty International, UNISON, Unite the Union and the Fabian Society. He has been a Labour Party member since 1987 and played an active role in the 'Yes for Wales' campaign.

John Walker National Chairman - Federation of Small Businesses

John spent sixteen years with a major High Street Bank, before taking the plunge to start his own business in 1987. His first venture was in retail and he successfully grew the business before selling on and moving into property investment.
