David Smith of strategic futures think-tank, Global Futures and Foresight joins us to provide insight into ways of becoming more successful and less exposed to risk through understanding the opportunities and threats that lie ahead over the next five years.

We will also be joined by Deirdre Bounds, one of Britain's most creative and successful entrepreneurs who, within ten years, went from bed-sit to exit and became a multi-millionaire selling her ethical travel company i-to-i to the largest travel corporation in the world. Through sheer hard work and determination she has made travel industry history by changing people's perceptions of the 'responsible travel' movement.

The conference will be officially opened by Ieuan Wyn Jones, Deputy First Minister and Minister for the Economy and Transport, Welsh Assembly Government.
